We hinted at it in our last beer report, but our local and craft beers have taken over another part of the cooler here at Wine Library. There is so much unique and hard to find stuff, and hopefully this guide helps you through our section in search of something new to crack open and enjoy ice cold.

INDUSTRIAL ARTS WINTER LANDSCAPE
Paired with Industrial Arts' Autumn Landscape in the New York beer section, Winter Landscape is a seasonal brew at 7.2% ABV. Dried currant and raisin notes compliment this dark beer, available for $13.99. According to the brewery's website, all profits from this beer are "directly benefiting the Fresh Air Fund, built to provide life-changing summer experiences in the HV for children from NYC's underserved communities.

SWIFTWATER IPA
A classic IPA from another NY brewer we've brought in, this is a citrusy and hoppy blend at 6.8% ABV for $12.99.

SWIFTWATER ALPACA KISSES
A hazy IPA with unique flavors of blueberry and Fruit Loops, Alpaca Kisses is an adorable can full of crushable goodness for $13.99 at 6.6% ABV.

SINGLECUT MELLIFLUOUS LIFE IPA
Any new beer report wouldn't be complete without the latest from Singlecut. Mellifluous Life is 6% ABV, brewed in honor of the band PHISH's extravaganza at Madison Square Garden in 2018. If you're like me and missing out badly on live music this year, perhaps this beer can bridge the gap with it's orange and tropical flavors for $15.99.

SINGLECUT JENNY SAID
Fans of the craft beer process will appreciate Singlecut's creativity in Jenny Said IPA, a strong mix of the newest hops available to them. This resinous IPA is 7.7% and available for $17.99.

KCBC JINGLE ZOMBIE
Last week's new KCBC additions flew off the shelf, so we've refilled the popular Janiak Maniac pilsner and Penguins Take Manhattan IPA. Of course we couldn't resist their seasonal sour offering as well - Jingle Zombie - for sale in our winter beer section at $16.99.

COMMON ROOTS AFFINITY BOUND
Affinity Bound is a double IPA with Citra, Galaxy, and Mosaic hops for an unforgettable flavor experience that comes in four packs of 16 ounce cans for $15.99.

COMMON ROOTS COFFEE CUP
Made with cold brew from Kru Coffee, traditional caramel and chocolate flavors are noticeable in this double stout from NY's Common Roots. At 9% ABV you can try this stout and many other seasonal takes on the dark beer for $14.99.

THIN MAN SCI-FI HAMSTER WHEEL
My manager would tell you I use the phrase "this is my new favorite beer name," too often, but it's hard to argue with this NY brewery's Sci-Fi Hamster Wheel. Pouring a dark golden bronze color, this American IPA is 6.6% ABV and $11.99 on the shelf with Thin Man's Trial By Wombat and Burning Money.

MIKKELLER HOP A CAB
An exciting new addition to our NYC beers is more from Mikkeller, including Hop A Cab. This opaque orange beer is 6% ABV and available alongside Windy Hills and Magic Skyway for $13.99.

KNEE DEEP OOPSIE DHAZY
The name of this beer refers to Knee Deep "forgetting" to filter their New England style IPA, creating a hazy blend that drinks smoothly at 6.8%. Knee Deep's Breaking Bud and Hua Haze come in four packs, but Oopsie Dhazy is a six pack of 12 ounce cans for $15.99.

ZERO GRAVITY MADONNA
This is one of the first new IPAs I tried when it arrived at our store, and it did not disappoint. A perfect blend of just enough hop taste paired with ripe fruit, Madonna is 8% ABV and a great value at just $12.99.

ZERO GRAVITY CONE HEAD
One of our most requested craft beers, Cone Head is now proudly available in both 12 packs of 12 ounce cans for $17.99 and four packs of 16 ounce cans for $9.99.

NESHAMINY CREEK SHAPE OF HOPS TO COME
A bitter imperial IPA that carries an 8.5% ABV, Shape of Hops to Come is a West Coast style brew that's available next to Neshaminy's County Line IPA for $10.99.

CENTRAL WATERS EXTREMELY UNSETTLED AND LAID BACK
A pair of New England style IPAs from Central Waters, Extremely Unsettled is a bold 8.3% ABV beer, while Laid Back is a more botanical and traditional NE IPA at 6.7% ABV, priced the same as Extremely Unsettled at $14.99.

CENTRAL WATERS BOURBON STOUT
This is a hard to find specialty bourbon stout from Central Waters that's 10.8% ABV. Best served at a cool but not fridge temperature out of a snifter glass, make this your holiday beer of choice for $22.

DESTIHL WILD SOUR PACK
Looking for a holiday gift for the sour beer lover in the family? Destihl's Wild Sour Pack is a great variety pack of unique sours for $22.99. Included are three Syncopathic cans at 6% ABV, three Flanders Red cherry at 5.9%, three Here Gose Nothing at 5.2%, and a mystery beer that promises to be just as sour.

FIDDLEHEAD IPA
A classic Vermont IPA, Fiddlehead is a great addition to our new cooler of even more craft IPAs. At 6.2% ABV you can jump into this hoppy but not too bitter brew for $14.99.

PEAK WINTER IPA
Peak is an organic brewery out of Maine, known for their regular IPA as well as a delicious hazy. Both are currently in stock, and we've added their NE style IPA made for the winter season. At just 6.2%, this IPA is hoppy but not overpowering and the perfect pint to keep you warm. Try it for $10.99.

NEW BELGIUM OAKSPIRE OLD FASHIONED
Selecting a bourbon barrel ale or stout has proven difficult as a load of options come in, but New Belgium has a new twist on this style of beer that brings out the flavors of an old fashioned. Orange and cherry notes make this 9% ABV brew a pleasure to enjoy, also in our seasonal section for $14.99.
