    All WineText subscribers receive an account on our sister site WineLibrary.com. If you've never logged in to WineLibrary.com you'll first need to create a password by clicking "Forgot your password?" and then follow the steps to sign in to your account. Once signed in you may update the WineText account by visiting your WineText account page.

  • Q: How do I stop receiving offers from WineText?

    To stop receiving offers from WineText simply reply to your latest WineText offer with "STOP".

  • Q: How do I get order updates?

    After placing an order you'll receive a text confirming your order as well as an email receipt for your order. You will also receive email updates when orders are shipped or ready for pickup. You can call our order department (888)-980-WINE or send email to orders@winelibrary.com with questions at any time.

  • Q: Where do WineText orders ship from?

    WineText ships orders from NJ at our WineLibrary location.

  • Q: How much will shipping cost?

    WineText orders for 12 or more bottles are free shipping! An order for 1 bottle will have a shipping charge of $19.99. An order for 2-3 bottles will have a shipping charge of $14.99. An order for 4-11 bottles will have a shipping charge of $9.99.

  • Q: Can I earn free shipping for my WineText orders?

    Yes, By referring people to WineText you can earn some free shipping! Please reply "Help" to any WineText message or visit our referral page for more details.

  • Q: Does my Library Pass cover the WineText shipping charge?

    Yes, If the offer of the day from WineText is a wine that is covered with your Library Pass. You will receive free shipping.

  • Q: Can I send these offers as gifts to different people?

    You may change your WineText shipping address at any time by visiting the WineText settings page or by contacting our Order Department at (888)-980-WINE. Currently, gift notes may not be attached.

Store Pickup

  • Q: Can I pick up my WineText order in store?

    Yes, You can pickup your order at our WineLibrary store located at 586 Morris Avenue, Springfield, NJ 07081. Just let us know when replying to WineText that you would like to pick up in store by replying with: "6 for pickup" or "12 pickup".
    Replies that are not in this format will be automatically be processed as shipping orders and shipped to your default WineText shipping address.

Offers / General

  • Q: Do I have to respond if I’m not interested in the offer of the day?

    Nope! No response is necessary if you don't want to place an order.

  • Q: When do offers expire?

    Offers are sent out around 12pm EST each day. They will be available for around 24 hours or until sold out.

  • Q: How do I know what offer I'm getting?

    The current offer(while supplies last) is available until the next offer is sent out.

  • Q: I just signed up but I haven't received an offer yet!

    If you signed up after the current offer has been released(usually around 12pm EST), you will receive your first offer the following day.

  • Q: What is WineText’s return policy?

    WineText must be notified within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you suspect the bottle is bad, simply put the cork back in the bottle and leave the wine in as well; we cannot take back any empty bottles. Please call our Order Department at (888)-980-WINE or send an email to orders@winelibrary.com. We'll email you a prepaid shipping label. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you. For this reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error immediately to ensure the fastest delivery of your new shipment.
